TO OUR FOREIGN VISITORS!
On
this page you will find a translation of some of the links
we have on the startpage to NFH.
NFH
is a small private association with 16 cottage owners located in
Tisleidalen in the central part of the mountains in the southern
region of the country.
We need to cooperate to keep the road to our cottages open in the winter,
and in general take care of commen fields on
interest. Our cottages
have no electricity so all of us have installed
solar panels and some also have their own generators for producing
electricity.
The
winter can be very cold, our record is -42C (F-43), while the summer
has offered friendly +35C (F95)
We
are situated only
3 hr. from Oslo and 4 hr. from the west coast.
And not least only 1 hr. from Jotunheimen with the highest moutains
in
the country and also with exciting glaciers. Many of our fjords is also within a days travel.
